Jingru Zhang is a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio. She was a tenure-track assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley from August 2018 to July 2020. She was a tenure-track assistant professor in the Division of Computer Science at Marshall University from August 2017 to July 2018. She received her Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Utah State University (advisor: Prof. Haitao Wang) in July 2017. She received her M.S. degree in Traffic Information Engineering and Control and B.S. degree in Automation both from Chang'an University, Xi'an, China.
