Random Update (06.08.2006)

• This year I'm renting a loft in the witch hat house. The house is so named because it has a tower and the top looks like a witch's hat. Here is a picture of the ladder going up to my loft.
  
• Hopefully I can get some better pictures of the witch hat house, it is very strange but nice. Here is my bed and my quilt of protection that my sister made for me:

• We did some timber framing at shelter island to make a new sauna. All the work is done by hand with chisels, mallets, hand drills, and hand saws. Here is a mortis:

• Guess what these big coffee sacks are full of?
  
• That's right ... Kelp. Good for fertilizer and food. We got 6 sacks of the stuff.
