Progressive understands the importance of education in today’s economy. The Cleveland State University MCIS 4+1 program enables highly motivated students to complete their Master’s degree in only five years. This requires hard work, dedication, and of course money. Progressive wants to help -- selected students will be awarded a $1,000 book scholarship ($500/semester) to help defray costs. This is a renewable scholarship, however you must reapply each year.

Students that are enrolled in the MCIS 4+1 program are also guaranteed an interview with Progressive to compete for internships.

Book Scholarship Eligibility

If you meet the following requirements you are eligible to apply for a $1,000 book scholarship:

• You are a CSU student in good academic standing and are currently enrolled in the MCIS 4+1 program.
• You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• You complete and submit the following application via e-mail by February 28, 2010.

Process and Timeline

Once you’ve provided the Application Details above, please submit the completed Word document to CSU_Accelerated_MCIS_Book_Scholarship@progressive.com. Progressive’s IT Recruiting team will review your resume and essay, and notify you regarding the book scholarship by March 12, 2010.
